How Did I Get Here ?
My professional odyssey began in 2012 when I became a certified physiotherapist, immersing myself in the science of physical health. Fascinated by the resilience of the human body, I pursued a deeper understanding of the mind’s role in physical health. By 2015, I had expanded my expertise to become a licensed psychotherapist, specializing in psychosocial counseling. This dual mastery allows me to address both physical ailments and mental challenges, merging the art of physical healing with the science of mental wellness.
In 2019, I honed my skills with a Master’s degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology, specializing in Human Resources Management. This advanced training equipped me to support professionals at all levels, from employees to executives. My mission? To preemptively address the toxicities that undermine workplace wellness and productivity, ensuring a healthier, more harmonious work environment.
In 2021, I completed an advanced training in psycho-traumatology, EMDR, suicide intervention, and the H.E.A.R.T. model at the Center for Trauma and Resiliency Studies at Divine Mercy University, Arlington. This empowered me to manage a wide variety of traumas and subsequent disorders, inspiring me to develop a subconscious therapeutic approach, mental programming. This complementary therapy to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows me to program or update my clients' subconscious minds, enabling them to make necessary shifts and achieve higher levels of mental empowerment.
